Good bones but dreadful kitchen and bathroom. To keep the studio feel of the large central gathering space I used informal furniture ideas: bean bags, live edge bench, movable chairs. Added two bathrooms - one in what was a back hall. Left old beams and exposed brick and added in reclaimed wood to kitchen and support posts.
